We have updated the Insti-Spore Si3 test for fluidized endospores to v3.1. This new (and greatly improved) test visualizes fluidized endospores as Pink Ovals on a gray fluorescent background. This updated test replaces ALL previous Silica Endospore (fluidized) tests with a non-toxic treatment mixture. We NO LONGER use HF as the silica solubilizing agent. Plus, the treatment solution is extremely stable so we have increased the guaranteed lifetime to one (1) year.
