Insti-Spore test slides for endospores
Insti-Spore slides are an easy replacement for the MAA Endospore test.
Remove the top seal layer
Add 10µl sample to the center of the well
Use the pipette tip to spread the sample throghout the well
Dry at 42C for 5min
While the slide is drying set the pipetter to 7µl and find your immersion oil
Add 7µl immersion oil to the center of the slide.
It's best to under-estimate the volume. Over-filling with oil could compromise the seal.
Apply the coverslip
Do this carefully as you have only one chance.
